I had an excellent experience at the hotel, especially enjoying the seamless access to Terminal 4 through a covered walkway, which made my arrival hassle-free. The attentive staff made me feel welcomed and the room was perfectly quiet for a restful night's sleep. However, dragging my luggage along the walkway was a bit of a workout. Overall, I found it to be great value for my London stopover.
